Growing up, Tylor was what most would consider a jock. He loved playing sports with his friends, and it didn't matter whether it was football, wrestling, baseball, basketball, etc. Believe it or not, he was actually pretty good back then. The summer before Tylor's junior year of high school, he injured his low back while training for football. He couldn't run, lift weights, train... He couldn't do much of anything. Tylor then went to see Dr. Lucas Smith, another chiropractor in Upper Sandusky. Tylor remembers Dr. Luke talking with him for a few minutes, moving him around while examining his back, and taking x-rays. Dr. Luke adjusted his low back and Tylor immediately felt about 50% better. After about 5-6 adjustments in a row, he was 100% back to being a normal 16-year-old athlete. It was amazing!

Following high school graduation, Tylor decided to hang up the cleats (until it's time to play flag football) and attend The Ohio State University where he received a bachelor's degree in Biology in May of 2018. Following graduation from OSU, Tylor moved to Davenport, IA to attend the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. While attending Palmer College, Tylor was president of his graduating class, president of multiple campus clubs, and a representative for multiple Chiropractic training groups. The experience prepared him to help people with many different conditions from infants to elderly.

Dr. Tylor graduated from Palmer College in October of 2021, and he joined a practice in Davenport, IA as an associate chiropractor. Here he learned the ins-and-outs of private practice and how to manage a variety of difficult cases from his mentor, Dr. Mitch Mally. During his time as an associate, Dr. Tylor had the vision to come back and serve his home state of Ohio and move to the Columbus area. He moved to New Albany to start Potent Chiropractic LLC in July of 2022.

Ever since Dr. Luke helped Dr. Tylor with his low back at the age of 16, he has dedicated his life to helping as many people as possible with chiropractic care, and Dr. Tylor is incredibly grateful to be a Chiropractor. He doesn't feel like he's worked a day since he's been in practice and he loves getting to help people every day.
